Only used this robot 5 times and the sensor for the debris is already broken and would need to be replaced. That is ridiculous for a product only 2 months old.

The box was delivery in so bad conditions, looks like fell from a 10 floor building, with holes and tape ;( I can review the vacuum because I decide return it.

It wasn’t functioning well - kept on getting stuck and won’t vacuum the entire area.

The charger did not work and neither did the vacuum! Returned.

Used just a few times only had it 2 months and already have to spend $70 on a new cleaning head

There are few times where a product comes along that does not not need much explanation. this is one of them you set up press the button and then it does it own thing. most of my house is hardwood floors and while it took it a couple of times to get the full layout of my house it works great. my only gripe is that it is very loud while it is working but besides that it works great. if you need something to help out vacuuming your floors, this is it.

Dust bin compartment is way smaller than my other Roomba. This is also Very noisy, not sure if I love it yet but, I do like that the filters and rollers are easier to clean. The robot also does not latch on to the robot well. Don’t know if I got a dud but it’s just ok.

First smart vacuum that I own and all I can say is I have been missing out! I didn’t really understand why someone would own one of these, but I think there is no going back now. I am loving the iRobot which I have named Disko. Disko is the ultimate helper when it comes to cleaning day! Best part for me is that cleaning day is almost every day now because with a click of a button this little robot can vacuum my entire house while I am working from the home office or when I am working from the actual office. Here is my review broken down on the features of this little machine: Suction Performance 5/5 To be honest, I didn’t think this would beat my Shark vacuum because that already does a great job, and I was surprised to see it still picked up dust and dog hair soon after I had vacuumed. If you have dogs, you will love this! Also, my dog doesn’t go crazy like he does with the other vacuum because it’s quite! App – 5/5 The app is intuitive and easy to use. Set up is a piece of cake and I did not struggle at all. I love that the app can show me a map of the cleaning it did on my house. Smart Tech – 5/5 I appreciate that I can schedule a cleaning and know this will clean my house or if I am cleaning my kitchen, this little helper is doing it’s job and helping clean my house faster. It’s honestly great to have a helper that will clean each time I ask it to. The technology helps this vacuum get into difficult areas, and I am very happy that it gets about 95% of my home. I usually use a broom to get into the tiny spaces and leave the dust in an area that I know Disko will pick it up. Quality – 5/5 This is the first robot vacuum I own and the size at first felt a little big, but after I see all the great things this thing can do, I have no problem with the size. The quality built is great and this doesn’t look or feel cheap. All in all, I am loving mine so much that I am gifting one to my parents for Christmas!

This Roomba replaced an older one we own, and I'm very impressed with how far along they've come. This model follows a pattern, and doesn't miss parts of the floor. I thought it was supposed to sense objects so it knows to turn, but I've only seen it bump into then, them turn. For example, it bumps into the wall then turns instead of approaching the wall then turning. It also does not come with a virtual wall, like our original model did. All in all, I really like our new Roomba, and would highly recommend.

We shopped around for awhile before purchasing the roomba. So far it does well on ourLVT and carpet, especially with dog hair and kibble. The app is easy to use too. Best Buy had the best price and it was in stock at our local store - it was ready for pickup in less than 2 hr.

Does well but some days seems to get confused and run longer by repeating same area previously cleaned.

I’m always amazed how much dust it picks up! It occasionally acts weird but overall no regrets!

In theory it would be amazing in use it kept getting stuck on our rug.returned for a Dyson.

Bought an oen box roomba i6. Received the product that was supposed to be compatible with the roomba clean base. The one I teceived did not have a cleaning bin with a vacuum port. Best Buy gave me a runaround and were in no way helpgul making this right. Very dissapointing.
