Great for the price. It does an excellent job cleaning the floor. Easy to use the app. I definitely recommend this purchase.

From looking for the product to the on line ordering and delivery couldn’t off been any better. One of the best transactions I’ve had with BestBuy (had some not so good ones in the past) but this went very smooth. The vacuum itself we couldn’t be more pleased with from LVP to carpet and area rugs it’s performed perfectly, we have two dogs that shed and it does a great job day to day and in between using the upright which is now only needed once or twice a week. It learns and maps the house with no issues, pretty intuitive especially using the app. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It really make your cleaning floors easier, I have a pet so is has been a live saver only thing is after a while starts just going in circles or stop working This is my forth and will still recommend it is great just click a button or send it to clean and continue with what you have to do and your floors will be clean .

Having a golden retrievers and them shedding everywhere would take away some of my mornings and evenings to vacuum. With the roomba it takes care of everything now with setting up a schedule on the app. My living room and dining room are always spotless. It did get annoying cause you had to empt the bin on the robot but I bought the self emptying bin a week later to fix that problem. Overall fantastic purchase.

I was very excited to get my Roomba j7 with its room mapping ability. The problem is, it's chewing up my carpet as shown by the images attached. My carpet is probably at least 10 years old but I've never had an issue with another manufacturer's robot vacuum nor with many different models of push vacuums. Given that it's chewing up my carpet after only 4 uses, it's only going to get worse. The problem is probably a combination of factors. Older carpet, huge suction from the vacuum, and the fact that vacuum uses two rubber rollers. It seems to be pinching my carpet. It only happens in its turnaround spots. When it turns around, the rollers are still spinning and it's basically twisting the fibers out. So this is a no go. What I will say however is that the auto-sensing technology is amazing. It mapped my house perfectly. I laid down no vacuum zones and the Roomba did avoid them. It took 3 mappings to create the final working map. The app worked pretty well. Setting the no vacuum zones was pretty easy. You lay out a rectangle where you don't want it to go. It was a bit too sensitive though and the box moved by itself as you were dragging it so it took a bit of trial and error to get it to be in exactly the right spot. I've attached a picture of a little rug in one of the rooms that I marked as don't clean there. I hooked it up to Alexa and that worked well too. But, the Roomba is very dependant on technology to do its magic. If you don't have the app on your phone or Alexa, basically you just tell it to go and it will do the whole house. If you don't like using your phone as a computer, this is not the vacuum for you. You'd be losing a lot of functionality. So, it did what it was supposed to but in my case, it's tearing up my carpet so I can't recommend it.

Our house is probably the cleanest house in our neighborhood thanks to our Roomba! It’s like our little pet, does it’s own thing and leaves the house spotless! We had a shark robot vacuum before this, and yeah, not even close. Impressed with the learning features and the app is very easy to use. Super impressed at how it navigates the floors intelligently. Lots of features and keeps our house clean!

Upgraded from an old 960 that we got in 2016. The J7's navigation is obviously superior. Doesn't get stuck in the same areas over and over like the 960. The maps are a great feature also. It's very convenient to be able to clean specific portions of the floor. For example, we eat in the kitchen so I can tell it to clean just the kitchen and not the living room and master bath. Great product.

I have another unit that I use and I was so happy with it that I decided to purchase a second unit for the basement. It works well as long as you keep pathways free of obstacles after mapping is completed.

Pros: Lightweight, smart, quieter compared previous generations/models, good mapping/zoning, easy to clean dirt bin. Cons: Not the most powerful suction compared to my previous 980 model. Misses dirt and certain areas if the Cleaning passes (in iRobot App>>Settings>>Cleaning Preferences) are not Extra clean which takes longer.

This robot is great!! Cleans very well, and is the first robot vacuum I have owned that I feel like doesn’t require a baby sitter. It’s navigation is on another level. I came from Neato, and loved those, although this Roomba is just far better due to the object recognition. I can actually schedule it to run while at work, and I don’t come home to a stuck robot.

We replaced our old robot vac with this for Christmas and couldn't be happier. It has run almost every day and has not gotten stuck once. The app is super easy to use and the bot has gotten more efficient with each run. Our floors are cleaner than they've been, well, maybe ever. Love this robot!

In general is Ok but it requires almost weekly maintenance. The brushes often get stuck with dust and the app tells you there is a problem with the Roomba and can't start the cleaning. It's kind of annoying but if you keep a regular maintenance it works well. I'm probably going to get the automatic clean base with the hope that works

Honest review. Does a good job of cleaning under sofas and dining table. Overall cleans decent with occasional particles here and there not picked up. The CONS is if there is napkins or plastic wrapping on the floor it will get stuck and you manually take it out. Not a big deal but sometimes you never know what kids leave around. Also has to be cleaned about once a week.

I am thoroughly impressed with this product. This is my second Roomba. This one has to be at least 10 times smarter than my first. I am very impressed with how it maps my home and cleans. I also decided to empty the dust bin and i accidentally moved it off the charging dock. Instead of it just sitting there, it powered on, and left the dock, and adjusted it self back so it could charge. That really wowed me. The light on the front has 4 brightnes levels and auto adjusts to what it needs at any given time. I am also impressed with the fact that if it is done with an area, it cuts off the vacuum portion to save battery so it can go to another part of the house and clean. I sent it home from the opposite side of the house, and instead of it trying to vacuum while it was finding its way home, it cut off the vacuum portion and went straight back to its charging dock. I did encounter the Mesh Wifi issue mentioned in another review, but closing the app fixed the issue once I opened it again. This could be fixed in a future update of the app. This is a very well made machine and a value for the price I paid. Well Done!!!

I love my Roomba vacuum! It’s so convenient to use. It seems to do a better job than my upright vacuum. The support team is great too!

Loving the ease of setup and how quiet this vacuum is when cleaning. The obstacles avoidance system makes for worry free operation and i like being able to have it clean without fear when i am not at home. In my opinion it doesn't a good job of cleaning hardwood and carpet.

The roomba works great and having a toddler and a dog it really is a lifesaver! My only complaint is sometimes it misses areas (small areas) because it's scanning the area. But overall a great asset to my home.

This little machine helps so much, it has made a huge difference in my home. I have 4 australian shepherds and they shed a lot. The difference on the floor now that i have the Roomba is like night and day. It has excellent ledge protection and great suction.
