Works great! Picks up dirt easily and leaves floors spotless. Lightweight, easy to use, and dries quickly!

Cons: mapping process is kind of long, gets stuck in my shaggy rug, may need to run twice to ensure it gets everything, may need to move it to a different area after it gets stuck Pros: it picks up a lot of dust/hair it picks up, self-emptying feature, can see where the roomba went over on the app Overall: Although there are more cons than pros, the benefits outweigh the cons. The roomba does an amazing job of picking up a lot of dust and hair. Perfect if you shed a lot or have a pet that sheds. It was easy to set up, too. Highly recommend!!

Es una de las mejores compras que hice. Mantiene el hogar limpio. Levanta muy bien todas las pelusas y pelo de perro. Si es necesario pasar un trapo húmedo después si se quiere lograr una limpieza más profunda. La App permite separar el hogar en ambientes y que pueda limpiar todos o algunos seleccionados, eso es súper práctico. Además muestra lo que limpió y donde no pudo limpiar por algún obstáculo. Cuando vuelve a la base y se vacía, hace mucho ruido, pero son unos pocos segundos.

It’s a great product. I like how clean my house look after I use my roomba however I can tell you that it takes a long time to vacuum anything. Most of the times it has a hard time returning back to the charging station by itself. It has died a couple of times on me trying to return to its home.

This was a big decision for me, but pleasantly worth while. I have two large (28 & 16 lbs) Maine Coon cats that shed a lot. The Roomba saves me time with daily cleaning and even allows multiple fur cleaning times daily without taking up my time. Another benefit is that the main toys for the cats are ping pong balls and the side brush on the Roomba hits the balls during cleaning and keeps the cats entertained.

Im one of those unfortunate few that had one of my pets decide to go on the rug, and my old Roomba did what it was supposed to do and made a HUGE mess. Needless to say, i upgraded. This ine has the “obstacle avoidance” camera and it works SOOOOO good. I have no worries that will ever happen to me again. Its also faster and quieter than my old roomba. I love this thing!

I really like how the mapping works and how I can send the robot to a specific room. So far I’ve had nothing but problems. The side brush didn’t work and they sent me a new one but it was the wrong module (fixed the motor but the brush isn’t correct). The suction isn’t great. I’m concerned this robot is defective. I can definitely hear the rollers operating but it leaves dirt/debris on the floor. I really like the tower with the bag. That definitely works. I reached out to customer service and they take about three days plus to respond. I sent them a message on Thursday and I have yet to hear from them (it is now late Sunday evening) about the wrong module. I guess when it works it’s amazing. When it doesn’t, it isn’t so amazing.

My mom had one and I never understood the purpose and swore I would never get one but we now have 2 dogs one long haired and short haired. They shed TERRIBLY and would have hair tumbleweeds everywhere. Constantly sweeping. We also have a work schedule that doesn’t allow us to be able to sweep on a daily basis. But Taz has made it so much easier to keep the floors clean and 90% hair free by time cleaning day comes! This is a great investment!

Although best rumba thus far. 5 reasons why i can't give it 5 stars. When I send it to a cleaning zone to vacuum the J7 doesn't have the ability to simply navigate its way using the fastest route. In fact it bounces around as if it hasn't a clue like a drunk looking for his bed in the middle of the night. Half the time it just gives up! 2nd the suction power seems to be subpar compared to the S9 3RD we need the ability to train it on items on the floor and obstacles. It won't run over dog food! It has major issues with rugs with fringes. Wish it would just push through vs giving up. Should allow us to program for rugs. 4th why not give us the ability to give it routes to speed up navigation. 5th it randomly stops saying bin is full... why not just empty? Sometimes i find it dead because something is stuck. Why not just go back to base so it can be charging and i don't have to search for a dead rumba under a couch. I will say it's amazing considering it has run consistently for days.

This robot vac is amazing! I researched the best vacs for cleaning my girlfriends long curly hair from our tile floors, and this seemed to fit the need best. Best of all is the time savings when I schedule a cleaning as I am about to walk out the door for a few hours of errands.

Ok, but stuggles with heavy dog hair. I have two huskys and a shepard and the vacuum brushes pick up the hair but the suction is not strong enough to get it into the Roomba. I have been vacuuming the room with the dog kennels daily for nearly two weeks and still regularly fund clumps of fur that were rolled together by the brushes but fell out when they became too heavy or the Roomba stops and needs the hair to be removed. Attached pictures of dog hair are from a single room vacuumed daily with Roomba j7. Navigation is great, battery is too short, camera works well, bin always empties even with large amounts of dog hair...

I purchased this as an upgrade to my 650 Roomba. I couldn't decide on the i7 or this one but with the $90 difference, I settled on the i7 and impressed! This unit cleans your entire home on schd and recharges itself while cleaning and returns to where it left off! This was the best black Friday deal! The best part... My floors are clean and I'm happy!

Seams to do a good job. Gets stuck under furniture sometimes but thats to be expected. App seems to have good features.

Overall, great vacuum! It is a bit on the loud side, but the performance is on point!

I love having help considering i have a german shepard whos hair is neverending! The roomba does great on all my floors minus the rugs. It does not have the suction strength to pickup the dog hair off the rugs.

I have a Husky and it works. Anyone who owns a Husky understands the value of that statement.

There’s nothing better than coming home to a freshly vacuumed house! I’m really happy with the performance and the options of scheduling the cleaning when I’m at work

Purchased this J7+ and the self emptying feature is amazing. I never knew how much dirt is around the house specially in the nooks and corners before buying the roomba. Also the scheduling feature is an added advantage and I don't have to worry about remembering to turn it on.

It’s much quieter than I ever thought it would be and it does the job perfectly. Doesn’t run over clothing or items that it shouldn’t get near. Well say once it goes back on sale I will be purchasing another one for the downstairs. Sidenote my dog doesn’t get bothered by it at all
