Amazing Product ! Works perfect cleaning all the rooms , the battery last very long , I really dont need to think about the robot ! Price was incredible !

I am very happy with my j9+ Roomba. It was easy to set-up and program. It does a good job and cleans sections of my home as instructed and returns to base without any issues. I got the j9+ when it was on sale and feel it was a good buy. I previously bought the i7 when it was on sale and it too does a good job. Customer Service is most helpful to answer any question and assist if you have any issues.

I upgraded from the j7+ and i definitely prefer this model. Sometimes it gets lost but still love it.

Love my j9 Roomba. I have an old Roomba which I like, but this new Roomba does a much better job. It takes more time to map the floor space but so worth it.

I have owned Roombas for years. This unit is fantastic! The suction is great. On my berber rug it raises the pile like my uptight vacuum. This is the fastest unit I have ever owned.

This has saved our life with a getman shepherd in the house. We run it every day. Only complaint is that it sometimes disconnects from the app somehow and wont run on the scheduled time. All I have to do is reset it and then it works fine.

Great vacuum, it maneuvers around obstacles well and the learning function is great but it struggles with large amounts of dog and rugs. We get little rolled bits of fur at the edge of the rugs.

Had a Roomba i3 that worked well enough but decided to purchase this one after reading reviews. It is fantastic! Mapping system much more accurate than previous model, it takes pictures of things it believes are obstacles (like a rug on a hard wood floor) so you can tell it to skip an area or ignore the obstacle and clean. I have a mix of hard wood and carpet and it cleans both really well. Best purchase this year.

Great robotic vacuum no complaints at all and does a good cleaning job up to edges.

Device is a bit loud from what I was used to, took much longer to map my floor over the shark model. I currently use. spent 45 minutes waiting for a software update to complete and I wound up having to reset the unit and start over.

Did not map rooms and is as random as the original roomba. Will need to contact customer service. Box did look as if it had been opened, and possibly returned

This is the 3rd iRobot that I’ve bought. This one by far does the best job!! I love it!!

Very impressed by this vacuumcleaner. Lot less noise than my previous one.

The iRobot Roomba J9+ is an improvement over our past robot vacuums. It is self-learning and will report when there is a questionable item it deems in the way of its cleaning path. Sometimes it has a problem evacuating its internal bin to the docking station bin but that is usually caused by an enormous amount dog hair and carpet fuzz. We run our Roomba everyday throughout the entire house.

Works well overall but tends to clump pet hair and gets stuck frequently
