So far I love it. It’s amazing what technology can do. I have to admit for a while he was a bit of a dork and I swear he was chasing my dog around. Kidding aside, living alone and working far to much it’s a great thing to have.

We have had a Roomba over last the years. Each lasts about 1 to 2 years. Always purchase BB warranty. Our last one has been terrible after only 4 mos. After 2 mos back and forth with IRobt we have returned it. It would not reboot and was constantly offline. Each time we called or emailed back, they wanted all the previously given info again, even though we had a case number. Awful customer service. They told us they would replace it. We waited two weeks for the replacement. It never showed up, so we called, and we were told a replacement was never sent out and then told us to send us more pictures. Told they will escalate as a safety hazard and then requested more pictures. Told the charging plate was melted and to unplug and stop using. Each time, we were told they would get back to us within 24 to 48 hrs. It would be longer, and we would need to call them back. We returned it to BB and bought a Roborock, and we hope we love it.

I bought this Roomba j9 because Sales agent was knowledgable, answers my questions completely, and guided me through the purchase

Real no complaints other than I have one location that it always gets stuck

We actually went bacl to tbis model aftet trying the newer version. Simply clrans better.

Machine performs as advertised and we are impressed with the features and performance.

I love it until I figure out the replacement parts are nowhere to be found. You can call customer service, and they will send you to EBAY to find parts. This is a product that i got to use only for a year and a half. You will have issues that will not be fixable, so you will end up having to replace a 600+ dollar thing.

I'm delighted by this Roomba. I had the 600 series and the J9+ is all that I needed for my new open concept house. I can map the rooms out and I don't need to put physical barriers anymore.

Must have for an apartment in NYC!! Great for pet hair as well

This little robot vac does a great job. It is not a super help like on the Jetsons but hey it is a start. Really saves me time to do other things instead of worrying about vacuuming.

It cleans thoroughly and has improved from prior year models with it’s ability to show photos of obstacles so you can change the oath

I love this Roomba! It has made my life so much easier. I had an older version, but I like the updated camera that will show you items that are blocking it's path.

I love this Roomba!! Super effective and performs well as company claims. Easy to set up as well. Shipping of Best Buy was also very efficient and timely.

Total waste of money!!! So disappointing with this Roomba I had an older model Roomba for years and it worked great! When it was time to replace it, I figured I’d splurge and spend a little more and get the Roomba J9 plus such a piece of crap constantly getting stuck the self emptying function never work correctly ended up, throwing it out after a few months!

Bought this as a gift for my mom's birthday and she loves it.

When this vacuum works it's amazing but lately I've been having an issue where it falls offline. No fix in sight from the company. Absolutely unacceptable

Best Roomba I have owned so far. They just keep getting better and better.
