    I bought a new i7 Roomba, disposable dirt bags and a replenishment kit from Best Buy all at the same time. As we found out yesterday in maintaining our Roomba, that Best Buy sent me the wrong replenishment kit that does not fit my Roomba. I called to exchange this kit, but Best Buy informed me that they have a very limited amount of time to make this exchange. Since it is a replenishment kit we did not realize until yesterday that they sent the wrong kit. I have spent $1,000s at Best Buy over the last 2 years, and Best Buy just lost a good customer. Amazon from now on. Best Buy has a very bad business model.

    We purchased the i7 with the empty bend. An Email recommended the replenish kit with the vacuum bags and the sweeper kit. We ordered and received the wrong kit for the i7. I reordered the kit for the i7 and trashed the wrong parts. Not to mention the cost of the kit.

    These seem to be just like what came with it. I haven’t used them yet as I’m still using those that came with it and bought these as replacements when the original ones need to be changed.
