I've had a couple of robot vacuums including previous Roombas and the Samsung. The run time and low profile stick out in this Roomba.

I bought it over a year ago and since then I have changed 4 brush rollers. They all break whenever hairs get stuck and they cost a lot of money. Also when bin is full it starts slipping it out as it moves and does not asks to empty the bin. Makes loud noise while cleaning and is dumb enough to get stuck in obvious places. Customer support can't repair or replace because it's more than one year although I was communicating within a year of purchase. This is supposed to be top of the line model and I just bought an ecovacs deebot ozmo at less than half the price and its a significantly better product.

iRobot is the best invention yet. This product replaces a 980 that we already have owned. It is a pricey expenditure, however, is worth the cost to me. The suction power on this new one exceeds the power on the 980. It is outstanding. It is a bit noisy, and does not have a handle to pick it up with, so you have to pick up the whole unit to clean the trash bin. I am very satisfied with our purchase of this replacement unit.

I find it seems to work in circles, is noisy. I am waiting for it to adjust to my entire living space

Does a great job of keeping the floors clean. Kind of expensive compared to other brands. I believe it's worth it.

Easy to use and cleans perfectly. In one shot cleans 1200 sft floor.

Excellent vacuum! Great Suction and gets under hard to reach places. Mapping is good, and programing schedules is easy. Definitely worth spending a bit more to get the higher suction rate. Although would recommend the auto dust bin emptier if you can find it. I had to buy that accessory separately as they are in high demand.

Works much better than Bissell. Very expensive though.

Too much tech going on here. Takes forever to map your house. Lots of errors that stop the product from working properly. Had them send a replacement 3 months into using it.

The I Robot is of course as advertised. My wife had to have this. Me? I can use a broom lol. But it can memorize your rooms and is really amazing. It does a great job of cleaning and you can really hear it rev up when it hits carpet. Much better than previous versions.

They have fixed all the old things that would sometimes annoy me. Things like scattering crumbs and not lifting the pile of my shag carpet. The newest 9s now does a great job with both. I also love being able to mark the keep out zones instead of using towers or physical blocks. Love it even more than before.

It's a great product working high efficiency. Worthy of the price for a long term use. Recommend to buy accessories together because they will be broken easily if the vacuum works every day.

Great little vacuum. Depending on the size and complexity of your rooms the mapping can take a while to accomplish. After mapping is completed you can schedule any room to be cleaned and with the mop be mopped afterward.

This model is the biggest leap in technology and ease of use for the Roomba yet. The room maps, stay out zones, the app all simple, intuitive and practical. We have had several Roombas and I can’t imagine an improvement to this one.

It does what it says. It maps and cleans the house pretty well. I am impressed with its deep cleaning feature. The suction is pretty good. I would say this is one of the best vaccums in market and definitely the best robot vacuum.

I really loved this. The cleaning is very superior and the mapping is very reliable. Sometimes it can get tangled in the wires and the bin fills very quick. Overall better than anything in the market..

Powerful but noisy when operating. I ended up returning this due to the noise made during use.

I can't believe I waited this long to get a robot vacuum. You may ask your self, why do I need one? For me, it's just a little more time I don't have to spend vacuuming and spending time with my family instead. Its an awesome feeling knowing it can be off cleaning another part of the house while I spend time with them. The cleaning quality is way better than I had hoped for. Had a rough start with the mapping process, but firmware updates have resolved the issues I've encountered. The "D" shaped robot vs the round versions seems to get into 90 degree corners better. We absolutely love we can tell Alexa or Google to clean specific rooms. I've very happy with this purchase.

Does a decent job and cleans 95%. Makes your house looks clean and nice. I used every other day or once in three days. I have cats and their hairs are all over. Now I don’t worry about cat hairs. It wouldn’t clean on thick carpet and the brush gets messed up.

On the first 2 nights I had it set up to automatically clean, this vacuum ended up getting stuck both times. Had to return it.
