Laika is one of the best at stop motion animation and they did a great job on this movie. I love the premise of this story and I am amazed how they executed the full animation of the dogs throughout the movie. A definite must buy for fans of this genre.

Wes Anderson returns to stop-motion animation for the first time since The Fantastic Mr. Fox. Isle of Dogs is a wonderfully fresh tale that at its heart is of the bond that develops between a boy and a dog. Never fear, cinephiles. A Dog's Promise this is not.

This movie was so exceptionally imaginative and heartfelt. I absolutely loved every minute of it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to watch something completely different from all the movies out there. You won’t be disappointed.

This stop motion film is phenomenal and tops Wes Anderson's last stop motion film, Fantastic Mr. Fox. This release will do just fine until the inevitable Criterion release. It's just a shame the 4K release of the film was canned

I loved the animation and story in Fantastic Mr. Fox, so I knew this movie would be the bomb.com. The story is a great absurd tale that kids and adults will enjoy. Especially liked all of the formats that came with this package.

Wes Anderson is one of my favorite movie makers. "Isle of Dogs" is just so cool. The way he tells a story is always a little off but so entertaining. Animation the way it should be. See it. You would be sorry.

We bought this DVD during the Black Friday sales. This was a very good film to watch! It was such a touching sorry about a boy just trying to Find his dog and the adventure in which takes place! Great film!

I bought this movie for my 12 year old boy because he loves dogs. Some In English some in another language sometimes you have no idea what they are saying. It’s a cute but strange movie.

Anderson finally makes a film about the world and about something other than his strained relationship with his father and the stretching beyond his comfort zone pays off beautifully

I’m a movie buff. I missed this in the theater but watched the “Making of” on HBO. I was fascinated seeing how all the puppets were hand made. A great movie!

This film might not resonate with everyone, but most will be wowed by it's beauty and message as they are paired with gorgeous stop motion animation.

If you like Wes Anderson films, you won't be disappointed. This is a fun story that plays well animated, and Anderson's style works well in the telling.

Another creative and wonderful movie from Wes Anderson. If you loved his other movies this one is fantastic! I would recommend this film to everyone.
