It’s a great game for two people. It’s not the same repetitive gameplay, the gameplay changes every chapter so it’s alway interesting and never boring.

Over-all, great story, decent graphics, tons of content to play through together, and tons of humor. Highly recommend for couples, family, or just friends looking for a cool co-op game.

This game is a lot of fun to play. My sister and I love playing games together so this was a perfect addition to our collection. We enjoyed the puzzles and mechanics of it. I would love it if Hazelight could make a sequel soon.

It Takes Two is a charming and fun game for couch co-op with a friend or partner, even for more casual gamers. The gameplay is very accessible, and it has a strong narrative to support it, with realistic and relatable characters that make the journey both fun and captivating. The graphics are beautiful with lush, detailed environments that never keep you in one place for too long. I hope EA Hazelight continues releasing these two-player oriented games because the market is so dominated by online multiplayer games these days, and I appreciate when games like this come around to play together at home with my spouse. If you want to upgrade to the PS5 version, its not as straightforward as you'd expect, so if you can't figure out how, just Google it, which is what I had to do. It is a free upgrade though, which I appreciate.

Fun, charming and one of the best coop Experiences I’ve had in the last decade! So much fun to play with your significant other and such a fun story. The gameplay is so diverse in how you work together with your partner to complete various puzzles. Worth every penny! 5/5 buy this game.

Probably one of the best games of the year. So many different mechanics in the game that are perfectly executed and the story is great. Get your partner and have them play this with you. It's not too involved and should be easily accessible to everyone.

...but It Takes Two. Absolutely the best co-op game I've ever played! I love playing it with friends who haven't experienced it yet to see their reactions and feel like I'm playing it again for the first time. Sometimes it takes a minute to figure out the puzzles, but when you do it's they're fun and innovative. Not the most complex but it is more for the 2-player connection which they manage expertly

Fantastic co-op gameplay; glad I can play with my friend without them having to grab a copy *or* buy a PS5. They're on the PS4 while I'm on the PS5 and it plays great. Lots of fun, voice acting feels forced but it's still good. Excellent co-op game for all ages.

If you’ve played Brothers Tale of Two Sons you know what you’re getting into. The difference is this takes it to a whole new level. Graphics are excellent and the story is great. For the price, you can’t beat the entertainment value. It’s family friendly too.

Definitely worth playing with your partner. My girlfriend isn't too good with games as she doesn't play them but she was able to adapt quickly and jump right in. The game play and mini games are fun and the humor and story is engaging.

I saw this game won game of the year and I never even heard of it. I had just finished Luigi's Mansion with my wife and she was open to another 2 player game so I thought if this is game of the year and two players then maybe she would like it. She loves it! The storyline is super cute and the gameplay is fun. Just know you HAVE to play it with two players. It's not a one player game. Play it with a friend, kid, or loved one and you will have a lot of fun. You also get a free upgrade to the PS5 version with the disc, just make sure you install the PS5 version and not the disc version. GOOGLE IT!
