So far, so good - although I have not used the automated functionality yet. I decided to purchase the charger instead of worrying about maintaining D battery stock, so I am waiting for the charger to arrive. Otherwise, all else is well - the size and aesthetic is perfect for me and my modern kitchen.

Contains the smell as advertised and the motion sensor works well enough; I wish it extended a little further above the lid to avoid interference when it swings out. I would definitely recommend the AC adapter/plug in as well.

This is a great trash container requires no physical opening it senses via motion detector. Simple and reliable, can’t go wrong. Highly recommended.

This trashcan is a great touch to the smarthome. I love not having to manually open the trash can. I received compliments from guests, as well.

Only problem i had it doesn't come with a cord, i had to use batteries. Its very convenient and its compact size makes it easy have in a small kitchen.very pleased with it.

I really like the style & appearance. I would recommend it.

The unit is bigger than it looks and a good garbage pail. My problem is the plug to keep the pail charged is a pay separate addition. Otherwise 4 D batteries will do the job.

My only complaint is that this did not come with batteries or an AC adapter so we had to make another trip. Make sure you buy one of the two along with the trash can! Otherwise works perfectly.

I needed a small electric trash to match my new stainless steel appliances. I like the fact that it uses 13 gallon liners that fit perfectly. I also got the adapter since I have an outlet close.

Wife loves this garbage can. Easy to set up and change bags. Happy with purchase. Still works as good as the day we bought it.

The product works well and is hands free. This is a replacement for a different model we had that stopped working after 2 years. So far so good and the hands free operation is important for us.

I like the can but finding a tiny tool to install the batteries seems impossible.

I would definitely buy another. It looks good and does the job!

Bought to use in my new kitchen. Perfect size and I love not touching the lid to dispose of trash. By not having to touch the lid the whole can stays cleaner.
