Bought on 11/5. Hasn’t synched w/app since 12/2. Haven’t had a chance to troubleshoot issue yet. App says battery is full but when asking app to play a sound to find the device, the message says “item not reachable, move around to connect”but I’m holding the device right next to my iPad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I got these for my grown kids for Christmas. They are the thinnest I've found. The price is good. My son has already used it to find his lost wallet.
