It was an easy plug and play set up and works well with my Google Pixel laptop and two additional monitors. It has enough usb options for my mouse and keyboard. I would recommend this!

Often takes multiple tries to register that it's even connected, and then when it does it shows the laptop screen on both monitors. Awkward structure, won't lay flat where you put it.

Would not Recommend for Windows Laptops

I connected this product to 3 different windows laptops, but the product didn't load the HDMI and ethernet ports. Windows kept saying that the connection might be limited for two of my laptops, and for my new Lenovo legion 7, the computer prompted me that the J5create USB-C device might be faulty. No drivers or troubleshooting instructions are available for this device.

Posted .The 4K60 Elite USB-C Triple-Monitor 10Gbps Mini Dock requires that a computer supports DisplayPort alternate mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. It will also require Multi-Stream Transport (MST) and DisplayPort 1.4 to achieve triple-monitor configuration.
