I have 5 of these for my office - they work well and will get more when needed. I will say, I wish the chord was a little longer but overall - with the features included - it's a good product.

This adapter works amazingly well. Laptops come with fewer connections and i needed to connect two monitors. With this connecror, it was too easy to do, and still have places to plug in other accessories!

Has worked well so far. Have some issues with some of the ports 14 days in. Will have to see how it holds up.

I purchased this at the store because the cheaper versions were sold out/not available. This mini dock costs considerably more than the others. I find that it has a nice feel, does the job, and hopefully will continue to work. I gave it 4 stars because the price was double the others (that were not available at Best Buy). I would recommend this item to those who don't care about price or value.

does exactly what it needs to although did not work with my HP laptop, needed to get a Galaxy book(which works great!)

My laptop with only one hdmi port can now support 2 monitors, Ethernet connection, and multiple thumb drives and SD cards.

its pretty good and lets me set up 3 monitors, ethernet, and has a few more ports. Downside is that it is a pain to set up if you need access. Make sure you have a switch or another USB hub

Easy to install, assisted in expanding our connections without cluttering up the work area. The Best Buy staff made sure it was compatible with all our equipment.

My wife got her work ThinkPad upgraded and the new version did not support her old docking station and didn't even have traditional docking capabilities. I purchased the j5create device and it took care of all her needs. She used two full sized monitors, a wireless keyboard and mouse with a USB adapter, and an ethernet connection. I did need to purchase two HDMI cables because her old docking station had one VGA and one DVI port but her monitors supported VGA, DVI and HDMI so was only a cabling issue. All the devices were recognized and functioned immediately, the only configuration required was setting up the displays orientation in Windows.

The size and form factor and available outputs are exactly what I wanted. However, it gets quite warm when operating dual external monitors (HDMI). Occasionally, it drop a screen (i.e., turns black) and then recover. It might have to do with being too warm. Otherwise, it works well so far.

I use this to allow me to use 3 monitors for my laptop. The laptop monitor, and two external monitors. It works perfectly. I also adjusted the settings on my laptop to be able to switch to the 2 external monitors and shut the cover of the laptop to shutdown the attached monitor.

Great quality. Very easy set up process. Performs even better than expected with the HDMI ports.

Worked perfect for multiple screens. Easy to use with other additional add-ons like SD card readers.

For my application, I've connected two 4k monitors, one 2k monitor, 2 external USB hard drives, and a ethernet cable. I have not noticed any performance issues. My only concern I want to share is this dock runs hot. I have a small personal fan that I positioned to help cool it. No problems yet.

It’s a great adapter that does everything that I need and more! I’m currently building a PC and this adapter has helped me tremendously with making my current laptop feel more like a PC with external monitors.

Triple Monitor mini dock is just what I needed. Works really well with all my computer needs.

This mini dock has done all I needed and more. In my sales job, I need a minimum of three screens and I was able to take this right out of the box and connect it to my laptop and two extra monitors and had my whole system up and running in less than five minutes. Very simple to use and I am no computer expert. Simply plug and play and it has worked well since. I take my laptop with me to accounts almost every day and getting everything reconnected and working from my home office again takes less than a minute. Great product!

I had no idea how useful this gadget would become in my life. I got it just to use Samsung Dex but it's so much more. I used it to turn a touch screen monitor into a touch screen tv for my Autistic son, when the internet went out in a strong storm I used it to supply internet to the whole house, used it to get pictures off devices I didn't think I could anymore, the list goes on

I have two of these in different locations and they work well for my dual monitor setup and provides extra usb ports. Can add a third monitor if desired. I take my laptop between the two locations and in seconds with one cable have everything up and running.
