Bought it to set up my office at home. was having issues since day one, but thought that it was the WiFi. By the time I relocated the accessories directly to my computer and validated the problem, the 15-days warranty already gone. Don’t waste your money.

Does not work for Mac with more than one display

This is in the fine print on j5create's webpage: "When using extended mode on Mac, all connected displays will show the same content." Indeed, this was my experience. The most annoying part about this is that this is a pretty big dealbreaker--why not put that on the cover of the package instead of having the buyer struggle through and spend an hour troubleshooting? What is the value of having users buy a product that obviously won't work for their situation (use a Mac...)?

Posted .The 4K60 Elite USB-C Triple-Monitor 10Gbps Mini Dock requires Multi-Stream Transport (MST) to achieve triple-monitor configuration. The MST protocol is not currently supported by macOS. The display output is limited to mirrored mode when connected.

Tried to watch a HD 1080p movie I bought from iTunes but I think iTunes detected it as a pirate device and pixelated the movie - sound was okay. Had to disconnect and reconnect this adapter after every restart, not very ideal.

Please note that hotter operating temperatures can be expected if you have several things connected at once and transferring data as it takes energy to move data.
