I was using HDMI 2.0 previously and when I switched to DisplayPort 1.4 I was able to utilize Nvdia G-sync with my Alienware monitor. I am using the new RTX 3090 and it is incredible to be able to game at this level. J5create also sent a mouse pad along with the cable. If you are looking for high quality visuals during gaming I definitely recommend this product.

H I definitely see the quality difference between this and my old DP cable. Never received a "free mousepad" that prior reviews stated that they received but it's all good.
