The product clearly states 17.6 lb capacity for each monitor arm. Not true, my main monitor tilts down as it clearly does not support the weight of the screen.

Manufacturer is garbage

If there’s an issue I’ve sent four emails no one ever replies ended up having to do a charge back.

Does not hold larger monitors

My monitor is 32” and 14 pounds but it was unable to hold it steady without it consistently coming down. I have tried to tighten the screw as far as it can go and same result.
