    j5 support is worthless

    Bought this adapter due to on board adapter failure. Followed all instructions and contacted j5 create support for help because adapter did not work on windows 7. J5 support failed in their part to rectify a driver issue in the time i needed. Instead of a $25 fix, i had to get a new computer as i needed a hard network connection. Product is probably good, but support is a failure.

    Cheaply made/Best Buy won't replace in store/

    I bought this product on 3/11/16 and noticed on 3/29/16 the covering on the cord had pulled out of the base and you could see the wiring. On 4/5/16 I tried to get a replacement at Best Buy. Their answer, contact the vendor. Called the vendor, 30 minutes on the phone and they want me to send it back for exchange at my expense ($3.98 according to Post Office) and they will send me another after they receive my return. It will be a minimum of 2 weeks, possibly 3 weeks, before I receive the replacement. Not spending money to return a piece of junk, have no internet connection for 2 or 3 weeks, and then receive the same product that may well fall apart two weeks later. Won't buy anymore of this company's products and will check the policy at Best Buy to see what they will do on warranty for the item I am considering buying. This was a double strike as far as I am concerned.....1 star for Best Buy and 1 star for the product.

    Not for Nintendo Switch

    Can be a good quick fix for vista era computers, but won't budge on the switch. Thanks for the experience i guess
