No problems, just plug one end to your ethernet and the other to j5create. Great if your computer doesn't have a ethernet port or if you want to hardwire your computer. A must have.

Had to get one of these just in case WiFi was not available. Very easy to install and works like a champ. With laptops getting smaller and losing the Ethernet port, its good to have one of these around.

My internet provider claims I get 80mps, wireless I get 30 on a good day - so I got this to test it. Well they were right, after I plugged this into my windows laptop got 70 and for amusement I plugged in the Chromebook even though it didn't state them, I got 80mps. I guess now either the family of pets will be tripping over Ethernet cables, or I get a more powerful router (?) It never ends!

This is the best way to connect to the internet without a ether net cable connection. The USB and this products makes the system and internet work faster. Two thumbs up.

Set up on this is super easy. What sold me on this particular brand was the ChromeOS compatibility, and it works just as i needed it to.

I neeed this adapter to hook my laptop up to my modem via Ethernet. It comes with an installation DVD, so I started to sweat b/c my computer came sans DVD player. I was happy to read in the instructions that the device auto installs via the USB 2.0 outlet. It works great and I’d recommended this to anyone who needs an easy to use adapter for their connection needs. The only drawback is the need to install via DVD if you don’t have a 2.0 USB.

I've had absolutely zero issues from switching to a wired connection with this adapter form a WiFi signal. Recommended if you're looking to reduce lag and increase download speeds.
