A wired Ethernet connection will be faster and more stable than WiFi. The JUE130 is plug and play with Chromebooks and just needs a quick driver installation for MacOS and Windows.

Yes, our drivers are not yet compatible with Big Sur (as of 12/7/2020). We are currently working on the drivers and will post a notice on our website when they are ready. Glad that you like the adapter.
