Excellent portable dock

Docking

I suppose it could be an Input hdmi port rather than an Output hdmi port but I'm not really worried about it. All in all, I don't know what I would do without it.

Works Great for Asus VivoBook

I am glad I purchased the mini dock with the UBS-A connector rather than the USB-C connector. I found out that not all USB-C ports on your computer have video output capability. And my laptop is one of them. The mini dock has a USB power input port to power USB device that are plugged into the unit. It is not required to use the USB power input. Its use is optional. The device was plug and play. So far I do not see any down sides to this device.

I did have a problem when I plugged it in because it created an issue with something else on the computer. It did come with a CD so I probably have to download something to make it work. I was hoping for a "plug and play" type item since I'm not real computer smart. I just leave it unplugged until I need to use it and I've had no problems.

Posted .Working from home can be hard if you're not ready, thanks to the mini dock, you now have your monitors, Ethernet and USB ports for added gadgets all in one small device.
