Two opportunities are (1) the monitor plug doesn't screw in and secure so falls out pretty easily if the device is used and (2) it would benefit from having a second hdmi port.

Has a lot of options for connections

Posted .In the case where the audio is switched each time the dock is connected, you may have to manually change the audio output on your computer to output audio where you wish to have it. In the case where you require assistance on properly configuring settings, please feel free to reach out to the support team printed on the packaging and a specialist would be happy to help.
