Two opportunities are (1) the monitor plug doesn't screw in and secure so falls out pretty easily if the device is used and (2) it would benefit from having a second hdmi port.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially purchased this dock for a dual screen setup and it did work, but found that having only one HDMI port which forced the second screen to be connected via VGA cable and led to one screen being crisp and HD and the other being grainy and SD. I marked it EXCELLENT because it was inexpensive, easy to setup and absolutely worked, it just didn't need my needs. I opted to purchase another J5create dock that allowed for two HDMI outputs.
