The delivery, which is outsourced, has been a nightmare. First, they showed up 70 minutes before the delivery window and I was home yet. Calling the national Geek Squad line was worthless. Went to the store. Got it a week later. Door handle not secured. I call and get appointment for a tech. No call, no show. When I call them, they say my appointment never existed. Virtually impossible to get anywhere on the phone. Went to the store again. Supposed to be a tech coming out today. We will see. Missing a fourth day of work for what should have been a one-day deal. Product 5 stars. Delivery 0 stars.
