There was no issues for me as I am using PC for most of my work. I wish there were USB-C ports instead of the old VGA port which is useless for me. I normally use HDMI, USB-C and USB 3.0 ports for connecting the peripherals. My recommendation of this product depends entirely on the customer. If he/she is using ports similar to mine, then I will not recommend this product

Great value for remote

Thanks for picking up the JUD380 mini docking station. This is a great adapter for adding extra ports to a laptop. It will seem warmer that devices made with a plastic shell. The JUD380 has an aluminum case that will radiate more heat than plastic.

Works great with my older laptop

I have a 9 year old Sony laptop still running on Windows 7. The laptop has one HDMI output and a VGA but when one is plugged in you can't use the other. The connection ports are so close it is physically impossible to connect both, plus why run VGA resolution when you can get HDMI. I hooked this up and with a little playing around with display settings I am now able to run two HDMI outputs to two stand alone monitors and still use the laptop display. So, I now have 3 displays running. All of which I can run as Extended displays.

They have provided a QR code that will get you to the company website. Works well with any computer that has the USB A port.

Connects Old and New Monitors

We can use the older flat panel monitor with pin plug as well as newer flat panel monitor with HDMI for our new laptop. The Laptop just has ethernet, HDMI and USB plugs. With this dock we connect the laptop to both monitors and ethernet with one simple USB 3.0 plug-in to the laptop. Doesn't get any easier than that. A nice way to have 2-screen option for a laptop.

Extremely convenient!

I had to buy this because for some odd reason my company decided to use laptops with no dock. Using this I went from plugging in 5 cords everyday to just 2: this dock and my power adaptor. The only downside is one of my screens is a tad bit blurry. I don't know if that's from the dock or if I need to set something. Other than that I'm happy!

The ethernet connection has also helped with a few issues i had with the PC. Set up was very easy. I recommend this 10/10 times.

My only complaint is that the cord to plug into my laptop is very short which limits where I have my printer/etc. I've also acquired speakers since I got it and now I have to plug those into my computer and would prefer everything to go to the docking station. So I may decide to upgrade.
