No Charger cable????

Even though there is ABSOLUTELY no difference between the two EXCEPT one is lacking a charging cable. And why isn't that CLEARLY stated on the packaging so you don't have to find out until after you've purchased it, gotten home, and opened the box for a little notation to say that the charger only comes with the JCD1399P model????? Waste of time. Returning.

The 4k60 Port continuously cut ins in and out. i have purchased a 4K ultra-HD HDMI cable in hopes to resolve the issue but no luck. I have reached out to J5 multiple times and have gotten no response.

Posted .Unplug everything from the dock, including HDMI cables, USB-C, and power.
Reconnect firmly: Start with the power adapter → HDMI cables → USB-C to laptop.
Try different HDMI cables or swap the cables between the two ports.
Make sure your laptop’s USB-C port drivers and BIOS are up to date.
Uninstall and reinstall drivers by visiting j5create website.
Try with another USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode compatible laptop to rule out a hardware failure.

Posted .Compatible with iPhone MagSafe. The 15W wireless charging will only work when a USB-C 60W or above power adapter is connected to the dock.

Posted .The USB-C power-in port on the USB-C Dock Dual 4K HDMI, will only allow pass-through charge to one device at a time that supports USB Power Delivery.
