I found out after I was past my return window that it absolutely will not work with ultrawide aspect ratios. This was even the case when I connected only one monitor. Definitely upset that when I upgraded to ultrawide monitor in my office that this dock became an absolute waste of money

The unit died 6/16/2025. After many, many discussions with J5 Create, they gave me a new unit at the end of June 2025. That unit died on 10/25/2025. Didn't even last 4 months. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Good unit, but…

I followed the driver instructions prior to installing and did a bunch of troubleshooting to no avail. Ended up returning.

Good but not perfect
