Works ok but I was not satisfied by the monitor limitations. I found out after I was past my return window that it absolutely will not work with ultrawide aspect ratios. This was even the case when I connected only one monitor. Definitely upset that when I upgraded to ultrawide monitor in my office that this dock became an absolute waste of money

Am very very happy with this docking station that the BestBuy individual recommended in the store based on my expectations.

Works great! No issues. I purchased this along with a new computer monitor, laptop, etc. after remodeling my home office.

Amazing little box. Just one port allows me to use multiple USB, HDMI, and more. Love it!!

Does exactly what it's meant to do, wish there were more than 3 USB ports and that it came with a power supply for the wireless charger portion

I really like this product it was great to add to my setup. It help me connect my two monitors to my Mac.

Products should come with everything they need to function. End of story. This product is garbage, and im returning it less than an hour after i bought it. What a waste of my time and my money.

As a port, great. But I will return it as it does a hissing sound which is very annoying.

My wife really love this device. She had been looking all over line until I mentioned Busy Buy. After getting it home she was happy that I chose you all.

So far it has worked well for me. I have only used it a month and a half. Buying it was easy and painless. Delivery was on time.

Works great with dual HDMI out puts. I would recommend for anyone desiring to use a laptop in a desk application. Wireless charging is a plus too.

Could not install the drives. My laptop did not detect easily the new device .

It does work as a usb hub. But somehow with a firmware update ive applied to the product from the official company website, its immediately killed the usb hub. Now plugging it in, does not show up on my laptop anymore. Let alone a samsung phone for the samsung dex feature. Get a delkin usb hub

Dock works great for what i needed it for. I like how it can be vertical as well as lay flat with the wireless charging capabilities.

This help me with more port to use on my mac mini. I have no problem with this so far.

I purchased this unit, though I read it had a coil whine, and the other user was correct! Unless you work in a loud environment or this is placed away from your direct reach, the whine when power runs through the unit is too much for me. I wish this unit had worked out, as it was one of the only units from a reputable brand with a MagSafe Charger.

Bought this brand new from best buy after it was recommended by their staff as “the best docking station for a Macbook” and it started making a loud humming noise then quite working after only 6 months. Trash product and very dissappinted.

Works great, comes with a good amount of ports. Only thing is it does need a power source for bigger drives

This is very unique product, and I am really enjoying it. It is functional and practical.

I use a 2019 macbook pro that should be compatible with this. I bought this for the following reasons I wanted a 3.5 mm audio jack i wanted to have dual monitors supported i wanted to transfer files regularly to/from multiple usb drives Im giving this a one star because this thing only does one of those things and it does it dangerously. 1) usb audio -doesnt work at all with 3.5mm jack. the company has a website for drivers which do not work and they claim it not working as now a known issue that you learn about after spending over $100 on this to be quite frank, piece of junk 2) dual monitors - does not work at all. even following all support guides to the tee. I am not a non-tech person either, I am a senior software engineer and former tier 3 tech from corporate verizon wireless. i promise you on a 2019 macbook, this thing is worthless for dual monitors, it does not work and there is no useful support to troubleshoot 3) usb transfer. this thing overheats my usbs to the point where it actually burned my finger a little bit removing my usb while transferring files to it, after it had disconnected itself from my software while being plugged in and about to melt my thumb drive. not only is this thing useless to a modern mac user, its down right dangerous and i suspect it being involved in many electrical fires eventually. do not purchase, Best Buy please consider off shelving this expensive and dangerous piece of crap.
