It’s nice to get two additional screens from my laptop. Downloading the drivers for Mac was easy and quick, the plug and play for windows was even better.

It handles my presonus interface as well as my maschine Mikro mk3 flawlessly. Only con to it is it does get pretty hot while in use. Not sure if this will cause me a future problem or not but for what I need it for it has been doing the job.

Posted .USB-C power delivery 2.0 provides charging power to the connected devices. It is expected to observe that the aluminum shell of the USB-C hub gets warmer, especially if the USB-C pass-through charging and/or all ports on the hub are utilized

Pass through charging is important when connecting through a USB-C port. USB-C ports can transfer data, video, and power; sometimes all through the same port at the same time. Glad to hear that it is easy for you to use.

It allows me to use my monitor and multiple usb-utilizing devices with my computer. I 've even used the ethernet port for internet access when my router's wifi decided to stop working!

No issues thus far. Haven’t gotten it to provide power to the laptop but the plug in might not be good enough (didn’t come with a power cord to do this function which the description highlights it does not come with - does not require a power source to function...just if you want it to function AND. Supply power to your machine).
