The Ethernet has been very solid performer. The only issue is I wish there was just one or two more USBs. Otherwise perfect. Will generate some heat be aware.

Posted .The USB-C Dual HDMI Mini Dock is powered on when it's connected to a computer with an available USB-C port. The USB-C power-in port provides pass-through charge. USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. features are required (USB 3.0 is recommended). Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device.

I needed a solution to replicate multiple screens and power my laptop at home. I love that this powers through my USB C while providing multiple screen inputs and USB inputs.

Great replacement for other OEM (HP, Dell) that are in short supply. Only negative was it took about 30 minutes to sync everything up within my monitors. Might have taken me that long because of user error? Just assumed I could plug and go but had to download SW to my PC

I really like this thing as I am a very mobile worker. I tested it out at one office and liked it so much that I bought it for another station at another office. I am thinking of getting one for a third office at another satellite location. I can literally be working at one office on my laptop and without closing everything out I can pick up and leave to go to another location and start off again. Only drawback I see to this thing so far for me is that if my laptop battery is completely depleted I have to give it an initial dedicated charge before hooking it up to this thing.

What I wanted was one that plugs directly into the USB port on my YOGA (without a cord). The one I was using has outlived it's usefulness. We weren't able to find the exact same one, so settled on this one. It works just great...Wish it didn't have the cord...that's all.

Great on the Go Mini Dock

Only hiccup I seem to have is a driver issue where I have to disconnect and reconnect my dock once or twice before it will recognize it is there. I love the fact that I can use my dual monitors with this mini dock. Other than the detection issue, Excellent product.

We do expect that the device will get warm to moderately hot, but this is well within normal ranges. Our device has been stress tessed and we have found that the average max opeational temperature for this product is ~106 °F / 41 °C, this is also while the adapter is under a full load or is being used continuously for >~ 1hr.
Please remember that ambient temperatures can also affect the unit as well as your computer. Manufacturer's recommend that computers be used where the temperature is between 50° and 95° F (10° and 35° C)."
If you are finding that your device is exceeding the average temperature of 135 °F/57 °C, for periods > 30 minutes, it may be defective and we'd be more than happy to help with an exchange. While testing, we haven't found this product to run at anything higher than 112°F/44 °C, for periods <10 minutes.

All others failed to pick up the video signal. However, this was twice the price but worth it since works for my needs.
