Works great for the price point! Would purchase again.

I am literally a computer scientist but I could not get this working on Mac. Uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, restarted my computer multiple times, but it will not recognize any external monitors. The instructions are pretty confusing, even for me. Other docks are able to output to multiple displays without specialized drivers and needing to turn off security preferences, so I’m not sure why this one is so complicated. It claims to be plug-and-play on PC but I need something that works with both so I didnt bother trying. Also didn’t feel like trying to call during their 4-hour support window. Also, note that only ONE of the HDMI ports supports 4k, so you cannot use it with two 4k monitors. Also, the power throughput caps out at 20w, so it will not be able to keep most laptops alive. Decent price and it may meet the needs of someone out there, but certainly not me.

I run both a Dell Latitude (work) and an MSI Prestige (personal) on this guy and have to say it's a great dock! I'm able to run two Dell monitors and use my laptop screen for a total of three. I also have my keyboard and mouse hooked into the USB ports. I gave it 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 for two reasons. First, it's flawless 95% of the time. The other 5% it "blips" (for lack of a better term) and doesn't recognize my monitors. Then immediately does. This resets all of my windows to my main screen. Kind of annoying, kind of random. I'll go a full 8 hour day without a hitch. Then I'll have a day where it does it 3 or 4 times. Very random. Second, the cable could stand to be about 4 or 5 inches longer. It has to sit right beside my machine at all times. This also lead to (partially my fault) the dock falling off of my desk, which caused the USB-C connection to separate from the cable, rendering it broken. So I'd say the construction of the USB-C cable is a bit suspect, too. I don't think that should have been enough to break it off. That said, at this price point, I did purchase another to replace it! I just had to put velcro down so that it won't move. Would I recommend this? Absolutely. Just know that you'll have "moments" when it "blips" but they're not very often at all, and be careful with the USB-C wire.

I have used this docking station for over 2 years. This works well for my needs, supporting 2 screens (HDMI), keyboard and mouse (USB) from my laptop. I would prefer one more USB port for my data storage device but I haven't found a docking station with the additional port.

This is the THIRD docking station I have purchased to try to use my dual monitors with both my work laptop (an old HP EliteBook circa 2015) and my personal laptop (a 2 year old HP Envy). For the last year I have only been able to use my set-up for my work computer with its clunker of a docking atation that was specific for only EliteBook - see first pic). The other 2 universal docking stations I purchased were from Amzn and neither worked. The last one (which I received yesterday and sent back same day) even said in the manual that it required its own power cord which was NOT provided. Not only that, the power cord needed to be USB-C, which I don’t have lying around (I have used iPhones for the last 7 years). Finally, out of desperation I went to BestBuy to find a docking station. Ideally I wanted one that would allow for both my monitors to connect via HDMI. This fit the bill and was not astronomically expensive. Brought it home, was able to download the drivers easily for personal laptop, and install them via the included CD onto my work computer within minutes. Afterward, I plugged in the docking station to my personal machine, made the necessary adjustments to the display settings and finally had my dual monitors for my personal use (2nd pic)! Next, I plugged it into my work machine, made the necessary display setting adjustments on it and presto (3rd pic)! I stacked my laptops one on top of the other and set them in the corner of my desk and I am now able to simply unplug the docking station from one machine and plug it into the other to switch between them. This is EXACTLY what I have been wanting to do for the last year! I can’t believe I waited all this time and went through all this frustration when my problem was so easily and inexpensively solved! I should have gone to BestBuy from the get-go! Same with my washer and dryer but, that is a whole other review (do not buy from Cstco!).

Excellent mini doc. IS great for when i travel as it is small enough to easily fit in my travel bag for my laptop. Works well no issues at all

Works like a charm!! not every product has a description that will match but this one Match! using on a mac m1 to extend to 3 monitors. No regret's.

I had my computer set up with three screens using USB ports and others but it was a sort of a clue using conversion cables and such and they started dying, I started losing screens after over a year of them working fine. So, thinking my cables were failing, I went to replace the cables in kind and they no longer existed. found this piece of equipment, a little expensive but... I have to say all is well. My system has three screens and I like it.

I needed a HDMI that would work with my laptop and this worked perfect not only did it work with my laptop but it helped me connect my phone to my projector as well.

This docking station has been great. The only issue I had was my wireless dongle for my keyboard and mouse. Although my keyboard and mouse worked when the dongle was in the dock, they did not work very well. I had to move the dongle to the USB port on my laptop. I don't know if that was due to the dongle not getting enough power from the dock or if the technology in the dongle was just too old for the port on the dock. I've had my wireless keyboard and mouse for several years. Other than that, I am very happy with this dock.

The cord going into my laptop should be a foot longer so it doesn't have to be so close and take up work space. Otherwise good quality and functionality

This is a very handy device to have on hand, especially when it comes time to dealing with multi-USB lines at the same time.

Have been pleasantly surprised how well this has held up for my work from office. I need ti to have multiple screens going at one time. Ever once in a while it will freeze the screens, but a quick unplug, reset and everything is refreshed and back working. Can't complain too much.

Works great does everything I wanted it to do being able to use the ethernet makes it a bonus

Easy to set up. Works fine. I am using it to run a second monitor and add an external drive to my laptop.

I was originally looking for a bigger dock, but this device is small enough to be portable, yet enough ports to be very functional. The dual HDMI is strong for a device this portable, but I would have preferred an additional USB-C. All in all, I am pleased with this device.

Was trying to find something unobtrusive for dual monitor (HDMI) home use and this fit the bill. Works well but really is designed for portability. It runs a little hot with extended use and the cord is pretty short. But works!

Ok, but should have picked up one with USB C ports. But performs well.

Easy to use and small. Only will support 2 external monitors via HDMI. And no power needed, which I thought was nice.

Great product and ease of use when using a laptop at multiple office locations.
