From time to time it sometimes won’t recognize the printer and I have to unplug and reseat the connection. Not sure if it is the dock, computer or printer. Otherwise decent dock.

When it comes to high-powered devices such as a printer, we would recommend connecting those types of devices directly to the computer instead as they require more power than what our device can provide. This hub allows me to connect tonweb and I have a usb mouse i connect to it and it all works great.

Did not come with a power cable!

Posted .Hello Roku, the USB ports are PnP but does require drivers for the HDMI's and Ethernet ports to function. If you have a work computer and has "access denied" when adding a driver/software, you may have to contact your IT to have them install the drivers.
