Doesn't work with Mac OSX Catalina (v 10.15).

The support is great (which is why I gave it two stars, vs one star). But they told me to configure certain permissions for their hub in System Preferences which completely messed up my Mac. Mac users: I would NOT buy this hub until they fix their support for OSX 10.15.

I have two external monitors and split my screens between Outlook and a variety of other software on the other monitor. Works well. Only drawback is that as of this moment, I do not believe any J5Create docking stations work with Apple OS "Big Sur". They even posted a disclaimer on their web site stating their products will not work if you are running Big Sur!

I have instances where the product will take a while to detect my monitors. It only happened maybe three times since I have had it but other than that it works as described. The build quality however is very problem some. It has an aluminum housing and I feel as though if I drop it, it would damage easily.

For the pass through charging feature to work you will need to use a power supply with enough wattage to charge your computer and your computer will need to support power through the USB-C port.
