This product performs as expected. Most computers come with only a couple usb ports and HDMI ports so this doubles that and it also allow has an ethernet port to allow you connect multiple computers. The only concern was a sound issue with Teams; I had to unplug my usb port when I received calls via teams as I could not hear the caller nor could they hear me. It could have been user error as I'm basic with computer connections...which is why it has to be simple! Nonetheless, it deserves a 4.

It was easy to set up, instructions were clear and easy to understand. I would have rated it a 5 star if the lead wire (USB C) would be a little bit longer, that is a pain, even a foot longer could have made a big difference in set up. Otherwise, the unit works well

For a small dock for my WFH setup this is perfectly adequate. It doesn't include a power supply, so if you want to power your laptop through this dock you'll need your own. Luckily, the one for my laptop works great. It only has 2 HDMI inputs so if you are using other cables for your monitors, this won't work for you without adapters. It has an Ethernet port that doesn't slow the speed versus when it's plugged into my laptop directly. It also has 2 standard USB-A 3 type inputs and my only gripe is the response time with my wireless keyboard is a bit slow, but to be fair it's an older wireless keyboard and mouse so that may be why. Deducted one star for not including power supply.

I purchased a new laptop, but will be using it primarily as my main office machine. As new computers now have very limited port options, a docking station was a must for Ethernet and dual monitor connection. This unit fits the bill and works very well. Two things to note - First, this can be used as a powered hub, but does not come packaged with a power cord. It must be purchased separately. But another powered hub plugged into this unit works with no issues. Second, this docking station does not play well with a wireless keyboard or mouse. With the dongle plugged directly into this unit the keyboard and particularly the mouse would not function properly. With dongle pugged directly into a port on the laptop everything works fine.

This is small and portable easy for me to use at home and the office.

I purchased this docking station to hook up dual monitors to my laptop. This one was chosen for the dual HDMI ports as the monitors only came with HDMI cords and not a VGA cord. It was easy to hook everything up and there were directions on how to set up the monitors to make sure that the screen sizes and resolutions were appropriate. Definitely makes for an easy home office setup. I also use the USB port to plug in my wireless mouse and keyboard as well as my headset. It keeps what I have plugged into my laptop limited and when I want to get up and move, all I have to do is unplug the docking station

This mini dock works great. It let's me use my laptop as my workstation at work. I connect 2 large screens, ethernet which connects me to the office internet, my USB camera/microphone for Zoom meetings and my USB powered speakers. I just plug everything into the Mini Dock and plug the Mini Dock into the USB-C port on my laptop.

Got this for a compact setup and this fits what I was looking for. During this pandemic times can't really build a custom PC just yet with the scarcity of graphic cards, so I just have to settle with my 2016 Dell XPS for the time being. But, wanted to upgrade my setup and maximize not only more screen real estate. And this one right here gets the job done. A bit pricey yes, but it works like its supposed to. Like other reviews mentioned, it does get a little warm after some time, what piece of tech doesn't after a couple of hours of screen on time so just keep an eye on it.

Works ok the PC has a problem with it m, but it is small and is better than a big one.

Getting a laptop to connect to all the peripherals can be a bit of a challenge, mainly because the laptops don't have as many ports as needed. The main reason I needed it was to hook up two monitors (via HDMI), to my laptop which only had 1 HDMI out. It does the job. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that sometimes the monitors don't respond, so I have to power down my laptop and power it back up. Not sure where the issue is (laptop, hub, or monitor), so I rated it 4.

The j5create USB Type-C Dual HDMI Mini Docking Station is sleek and as the name suggests, small. It fulfills its duty as a docking station well and takes up little space, but you must have a USB Type-C input on your laptop. Being small, it is very basic in its uses. Both USBs are used for the keyboard and mouse, while the two HDMI ports are for a dual monitor system, limited to HDMI connected monitors (or specialized conversion cables). The other ports are for the ethernet cable to connect to a wired network, and a USB Type-C input.

It works as advertised, Very happy with the performance and functionality. However the connecting usb-c cable is too short so the item was returned for a different model ie the JCD543

I have used this for several years without issue in an office environment. Purchased several made by other manufacturers and did not have good results. Maje sure you install software! NOT PLUG AND PLAY

Wanted to use to support two 4K monitors. Had to go down to 1920x1080 on dual 4K monitors because only supports 1080 on second monitor connection. This limitation should be spelled out up front. Would not have gotten this item, if knew this limitation ahead of time. Have used to connect laptop to one 4K device, LG tv, to view in family room. Gets very hot in that application viewing HBO video on large screen TV.

It works most of the time, which is much better than last Ethernet Multi-Dock units I've tried!

Th ej5create USB Dual Home HDMI Mini Dock Station is compact and lightweight, making it extremely portable and user friendly. Simply plug and play, connect lap top to multiple screens, remote keypad and many other accessories. Even this 60+, not computer savvy individual had zero problems achieving connection goals.

After purchasing and returning other docking stations that were not compatible I was so very pleased with j5create product. Literally just plug, download drivers and play. I use this to hook up 2 monitors with my HP laptop. The price was slightly over my budget but it was less expensive than HP dockings stations. Everything is working and I have not had any issues. The docking station gets a little hot after long hours of use but other than that I am pleased with my purchase.

It's nice, it works just like I expected it would, so I am happy with this product.
