I am running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.9 and apart from USB A nothing else works, I have uninstalled the product, removed extensions and tried it again. never get it to work. Pretty upset with it. I contacted the support, they were very nice to send the same instructions as in their support site. hence 2 stars.

I am terribly sorry that you have had this experience with the product and the support process. During the troubleshooting process our representatives have to start with the basic steps to gather the needed information to find a resolution. That being said Mac OS Catalina has some additional security settings that will prevent device drivers from being allowed.
If you still have the device I would recommend to get back in touch with our support team, by phone may be best so that you can receive support in real time. Posted .The USB-C Dual HDMI Mini Dock requires installing the proper driver for the video outputs to function correctly. If the driver wasn’t installed or if there was a compatibility conflict, that could explain the error message you saw.
