    Great product but note it only has a A single 4K HDMI output. The second HDMI output is just standard. This did not impact what I was using it for. This device will allow you to extend your screens to two instead of just duplicate them.

      Bond007 - thanks for the feedback on the JCD381. In the case where only one HDMI port is outputting video, we recommend reaching out to support printed on the packaging to speak with an agent and troubleshoot in order to narrow down the root of the problem. If the issue still persists, we then suggest exchanging the JCD381 as it is potentially defective and covered under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Thank you again for your input.
