Initially, for the first few months, it was good. The adapter has become loose and I can no longer use this without significantly wiggling it and not moving my laptop.

We were daring to run two monitors from a MacBook Pro and could never get it to work. Maybe a driver issue or a bad unit. Possibly user error but bought another product that worked immediately without drivers.

A Surface is a really great device when it comes to power with portability. However when you need a full-fledged workstation, it just does not have enough USB and video out ports.
