It does the job..but if you need to charge a device thats 65w it wont work this device cant handle a heavy charge. But ethernet is good!

Using this to connect Lenovo 720 to a 24 inch TV/monitor at a college dorm room. My daughter can just plug in the USB C port and the display is on the monitor. Adaptor also has ethernet, an automatic backup hard drive and a wireless logitech mouse and keyboard connected to it. All of them work fine. I have a 3 foot extension cord on it so it doesn't have to be next to the laptop and this works great also.

Worked right out the box. My newest computer does not have a ethernet port which is required for work. This is Thunderbolt 3 compatible which matches my HP Spectra x360 and is fast. If you plug the computer's power supply into this you still have an available USB c Thunderbolt port. It seems to handle the HP's 90 W power draw (gets a little warm but if you slap on a heat sink it works just fine).

I bought this to add a wired Ethernet connection to a W-Fi only laptop, and it works superbly as such. In addition, by using it as a USB 3.0 connection with some video capture hardware, it completely solved connection issues that persisted using only on-board ports. The HDMI out for multi-monitor use is solid too. A purchase I am happy to have made, really comes in handy when needed.

Cost-effective and works great. I wanted to add a monitor for my surface to make working more efficient. Now I have my tablet screen and a monitor. Happy I didn't need the more costly docking station this fit my needs greatly.

Plugs right into the Apple Macbook. All connections worked. The only negative is a requirement to download a software update to get ethernet to work (I was looking for a simple plug and play).

The HDMI and USB ports work great with my new MacBook Pro. Really easy to use.

I bought this so I could connect Ethernet and an external monitor to my new HP Spectre. I connected a 4-port USB hub off one of the USB 3.0 ports so I can access multiple hard drives and a printer. I also connected the HP power cord to the USB-C. Everything works great. The only downside I've found so far is that built-in USB-C to laptop cable is only 9" long. I wish it was a foot longer.

This device is exactly the product that I needed to connect my external monitor and external keyboard to my laptop. It permits me to easily connect one cable (versus several individual cables) when I want to connect my laptop and work at my desk. It was so easy to connect all of the devices and begin enjoying the benefits.

Everything just works. Network, Monitor, Charging, USB 3.0. Small and compact.

When you compare the apple brand accessories to this device, it's worth every penny as it takes the place of three different things you may need in the field, and I haven't seen a lab adapter from apple as well in the list of accessories which this has.

No very good purchase. Only two USB hubs. Would not recomend.

Easy to connect. Multiple plug in options. What I was looking for.

You get what it says it does. Nothing more. Its a bulky item in that it isnt very mobile friendly. The cord always seems to hand at an awkward feeling location from where it plugs into the PC from whatever u may need also plugged into it. Seems to minimize how far u can travel with a wireless keyboard or mouse. And some issues with the webcam connection going in and out frequently even though not really being moved. Seems to work best when power cord is plugged into it as well, and also charging your machine simultaneously. it is what it is... My new HP spectre only has 1 usb and NO ETHERNET connection so i need it, it works. just a bit of a hassle sometimes

The Lenovo - Ideapad Windows Duet 5i only has 2 type C USB ports. This works perfectly with it, including running the Ideapad power through it. TR

My wife got this for her Mac book. A little pricey but works great.

Works well for USB-C interface on HP. HP docking station/hub bit the dust on us and we replaced it with this docking station/hub. Only supports one monitor which is fine we have 34 in curved screen and we just plug the USB-C into whichever laptop we want to use.

I wasn't sure about buying this as I have never purchased any of their products before but I have been very pleased with the performance of it. My laptop didn't have any problem in recognizing it when I first plugged it in. This was...no is one of the better purchases that I have made in accessories.
