Does the job at a good price point; convenient size

I bought this for my girlfriend's laptop about a month ago to get a couple of extra USB Type 3 ports for streaming purposes. It gets a little hot but it's not too bad. I've also used it on my Macbook Pro, which is probably where a device like this shines since it only has two USB-C ports. I used it to connect to my TV with an HDMI cable and it worked with no problems.

I have a great new laptop, but it has only two USB-C ports. I bought this adapter, even though my husband thought it was over priced. I didn't realize that my laptop came with an adapter and almost returned this product. Good thing I didn't because I ended up needing two adapters to give a presentation at my local library - one for the projector, one for a thumb drive. Maybe I could have found a cheaper product, but this was available and got the job done.

Extremely versatile. I use this little gadget for just about everything. Small enough to pack in any size bag. Has usb inputs, Ethernet inputs and usb-c output. Definitely recommend this since most devices are now switching over to usb-c.

Better than the last dock I had, this one doesnt reset.

I use a gaming laptop and did not have enough plugs so this was every useful and it’s just plug and play I would recommend

This multi-adapter was absolutely necessary for the ethernet connection, since I don't use wi-fi. It's working perfectly and I am very pleased with it.

Perfect size for a great storage capacity item. The modern small connector makes it very compact and suitable size.

This was an unresearched purchase in the store when I was buying an HP Spectre 360. This dongle works for across the board. I get a popup message each time on my laptop stating to use the factory power cable (annoying). It gives you two USB ports; good but not great (I would have preferred at least 3). Ethernet port tested fine. It has an HDMI port but I did not test it since the laptop has its own.

purchased for a dell laptop with only two thunderbolt ports. Initially had issues with HDMI, but haven't had an issue since initial install. You are able to charge the device using this adapter, leaving the other thunderbolt port available if needed. Legacy USB is handled with two USB 3 ports, and ethernet also is included. good device, just a little pricey. But it does work as advertised!

Hey guys! So, I got my hands on this j5create USB-C Multi-Adapter, and let me tell you, it's pretty awesome. It's this champagne metallic color, which is so trendy and chic. This thing has got HDMI, Ethernet, USB 3.1 Hub, and PD 3.0. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of tech. The HDMI is perfect for when I want to play my games or watch YouTube videos on a big screen. The Ethernet gives me super-fast internet speeds, especially when I'm playing Fortnite and don’t want any lag. And the USB 3.1 hub lets me connect other stuff like my keyboard, mouse, or hard drive. The PD 3.0 is a fast charger, so it juices up my devices really quickly.

I bought it to connect from my new Chromebook to my seven year old printer. It works! Have not used it for anything else ... being able to use my old printer has saved more than the cost of the adapter by not having to buy a new printer.

It was exactly what I needed and it works great. Good build quality. Worked right away after plugging it in. I did not have to mess with drivers or anything like that. It just started doing its job. This is fast enough to output solid hdmi display for everyday use. If you are using it on a device that is less than 5 years old, you should be fine. Anything older than that, make sure you have at least usb 3.0.

This item worked well for connecting up and doing a video chat on the TV. Just needed to call up Best Buy and have somebody talk me through what to do. I appreciate that they gave that help

I like the functionality of this adapter. For the price though there are not as many ports as some of the other adapters that I have seen on Amazon and other sites since purchasing it. Quality and connectivity seem very good. I have used all ports at the same time and everything functioned well. Overall, it has worked well.

I just received a new Carbon X1 laptop and needed to hard wire it for work. I also have 2 monitors that needed to be attached as well. This was exactly what I needed and it was easy to attach and the laptop picked it right it. Best Buy came through in a clinch.

The adapter expanded laptop connective and supports wire optical mouse and external keyboard. Each device greatly improved utility and functionality of a work laptop now used as my primary workday computer. Adding a second monitor (an acceptable old Dell was in the basement) brought the whole package together. Working the laptop keyboard and mousepad were making me crazy. The adapter was true plug-and-play, absolutely no setup required. Couldn't be easier!

Helpful device that provides flexibility and portability.

I purchased this to use with my surface laptop and it works great. Have second monitor running at 1440p to do some multitasking and to have a gig connection to my network. Only complaint would is that it does get pretty warm if u have everything plugged in and have it pass through a charge
