Great HDMI to USB-C Adapter

This adapter did the trick. I connected it to the HDMI cord that was connected to the monitor and made the connection to the computer. The computer immediately recognized the device. If you are looking for a cord an HDMI to USB-C adapter, you can stop looking. This is a good one.

Supports all of the resolutions that you would want from 720p to 4k. This adapter does not heat up to an unsafe temperature but does get a little warmer than room temp. Highly recommend for a tru 4k 60Hz adapter thats relatively cheap.
