The JCC153G will allow you to connect a laptop, smartphone, or tablet that supports display port alternate mode to a larger display like a TV. There are a lot of apps that look much better on a TV.

The video quality is good and doesn't seem to cause a lag when using it with the Ultrawide 3G Monitor I got. It works seamlessly and the picture quality is good and I could do a lot of work using the cord. I highly recommend this cord for all Apple users. This cord would also work with other Apple Devices that uses the USB-C port.

I was a little nervous about using the HDMI and the USB-C and whether it would work, but after hooking the monitor up, it worked perfectly! Great product, no issues with the connection and the picture quality - would recommend for sure.

I have both Mac and Chromebook platforms where I need to drive external monitors from a USB-C port. A quality cord

I love being wireless, but there are times when you need a cord, like a hotel room (it's much simpler than trying to work around hotel passwords), or when you're giving a presentation in that rare place that doesn't have wifi. Was not 100% sure this would work with my Apple Macbook but it did. The USB-C supports video/data and power over the same cable so this is a neat cable for connecting a laptop to your monitor during this "work from home" phase during this pandemic.
