    The salesman told me it was for my phone. When it didnt work and I took it back I was told it was for an I phone

      This video cable works with laptops, tablets, and smartphones with a USB-C port and must support "DisplayPort Alt Mode" and "Power Delivery". This cable will not work with an iPhone, since it's equipped with a Lightning port. j5create

    The Best But teck recommended this so I could connect my Chromebook to the TV and still be able to charge it at the same time. My laptop only has one USB-C. This works like a charm.
