Just download and install the driver to your computer and you will have dual screens. Only downside is not both ports are 4k but for $60 its not a bad deal

Best way to give you more screans w/o dock

To you laptops when you need to work from home and need the extra work space with no docking station. Plug and play c to a USB adapter allows for older laptops with no USB c pit it if only have one for charging. That feature alone was my decision to get this version. Did not need to buy adapters if switching laptops. Window or chrome did not have Mac to test.

Hoping it was plug and play but had to the instructions inside the box instead. Downloaded all the drivers it required and rebooted like 5 times. Didn’t work almost gave up completely till I finally messaged j5 online support chat. They gave me extra steps to do which was to go into security system to allow the j5 adapter to work. Followed their instructions and finally both my monitors work.

Great on windows

Before people comment about drivers I did download the driver online for Mac and it didn’t work. I had to do similar steps to get the second one to work and it has been working great!
