Easy to setup and works as advertised with no crashing.

Easy to use. Drivers loaded automatically if needed. Currently switching between my 2016 Acer laptop (personal) and my Lenovo Thinkpad (work) and works perfectly. Since I rarely use the 2 extra monitors for personal computing, I typically have this device connected to my work laptop and the 2 monitors with one of the monitors having an additional HDMI cable (2nd port on monitor) connected to my personal laptop.

Great investment for the use with multi monitors. Works amazing.

This j5 product is not good quality. Malfunctions occured with my dual monitors after 2 weeks. They would unexpectedly go black, it was just one or both. For unpredictable periods, and there was nothing I could do to fix it in the moment. replaced the hdmi cords, the power adapter and after another 2 weeks, I replaced this j5 hdmi splitter with Inspiron’s version. This finally fixed the issue. Bestbuy won’t refund me or give store credit because it has been over 15 days.

Portable and high quality. I recommend the purchase if you want to use 2 simultaneous screens.

It works but if you have to use it for company business it will trigger the Firewall and needs to be cleared by IT.

At first I thought this was the device I needed to operate my monitor to work. Unfortunately, the device was not compatible to my monitor and Mac book. However, was able to return the product with any issues.

Easy to use, worked well monitors, no lag was noticeable.

Seems to be working but sometimes the screen goes out. That happened twice over 2-3 weeks. Unclear if this is due to the adapter or some other issue. Otherwise, the adapter is connecting well to the additional screens.

This item was very simple to use. However, be aware of the required software. Once downloaded, though, everything runs smoothly. It's definitely worth the amount you pay for the convenience of using multiple screens.

This has saved me from having to buy a more expensive solution for my two HDMI compatible monitors. Works great, I haven't had a single issue with it.

No issue with getting the adapter to work even without driver update which is recommended to install however this was used for a work provided laptop which was then connected to two monitors. Definitely recommend.

I don't know if it's my computer or the item, but it would not work with two monitors, which is what I was trying to get it to do. I ended up plugging one monitor into my desktop with an HDMI cord then using this item in a USB port for the other monitor. It did not work in four of my USB ports.

I purchased this to work on my Mac Mini. The adapter did not work straight out of the box. I went to the company website and discovered I needed to download drivers from their site. I didn’t want to take that chance, so I used it in my HP laptop. It started off great but HDMI ports kept going in and out. The 4K port worked fine.
