Posted .Greetings Kyam, if the JCA379 device is connected to a computer and the phone is connected to the USB - A port, it's possible that there is not enough power going to our j5 device to charge your phone using the USB - A port. Necessity when purchasing latest model mac laptop

why did i wait so long

We now have three of these in our house. Plug and play and no issues. Wish everything was this easy
