Stick with Belkin brand. Wasted several hours with support trying to make this work. At the end of it they told be to return it since it's not compatible even though they say it is. I was surprised by the customer service solution to return and get something else as a solution. Which I did. I got a Belkin a bit more expensive but easy plug and play no driver's needed to install. So much easier.

To get the full functionality out of this docking station a software driver will have to be installed. The current version of MacOS Catalina has added additional security features that require additional steps for installing third party drivers and additional displays. I regret that the docking station was difficult to install and that our customer service team was not able to provide a satisfactory solution. Thank you for your feedback.

Poor support for Mac

I found that driver had stability issues with the Mac, and they still don't have a driver for Big Sur available so I couldn't run it on my second Mac which is one of the new M1 Macbooks. I returned it in favor of a standard hub that did not require special drivers. May be fine for Windows users.

Posted .We have a Beta Driver for macOS 11.1 Big Sur available! (NOTE: This driver is NOT compatible with M1 Chip mac books & macOS 11.2 Big Sur BETA we advise to disable automatic updates and do NOT update to Big Sur 11.2 at this time). I'm sorry that the docking station did not meet your needs.

Have dual HD monitors, printer, keyboard/mouse, lightning cable for phone. AND it charges the surface pro. PERFECT!

Great Alternative to the OEM Overpriced dock

Great product

While I was unable to hookup to the USB-C on the laptop, I used a USB-A adapter and it works great. I use the monitors and wired peripherals and it resides under the laptop instead of on my already cluttered desk. Perfect for me.

Not the best product and pretty expensive

Posted .Hello NOMAD, the monitor flickering issue may just be a bad connection with the video cable or a bad video port. Monitors usually have their own power supply that connects to a wall outlet. Ran 3 monitors, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, & webcam. Was able to switch between personal computer and work computer in seconds. After 3 months of off and on use, one usb port at a time quit functioning, after three more days, monitor ports quit working. Went from very happy to Very disappointed in three months.
