Posted .We do offer the companion app which provides brightness, contrast, saturation, gamma, opacity, resolution, etc. and can be downloaded through j5create.com under Support > Downloads/Drivers and type JVCU100 in a box that states "Type your model number here". Thank you for your review.
Save time and money & buy this instead of logitech

I bought this due to the the logitech pro 4k webcam being on back order and arriving 2 months late. After trying this camera out daily for the last months I can say it has been a life saver. I have also have one of the clearest images in my class compared to others who used their computer built in cameras. There is somewhat of a lag if I move very quicky but for sitting in a class my image and sound are fantastic.

There has been a run on webcams over the last several months since more people are working and taking classes online. I am happy that you were able to find one. If you are looking for a high quality crisp image for content creation, you might want to skip this if you have high standards. It is tuned to work in varying degrees of poor lighting from users who just want a fast plug and play setup. If it is too bright, it blows out those higher end dynamic range shots.
