||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure what exactly went wrong here, but when I first plugged it in, it didn't work at all. Power would pass through, but that's it. Then, after a few minutes, the USB peripherals (keyboard, mouse, etc) started working with it. Display still wouldn't work. Was looking stuff up to try and figure it out, then my computer completely froze. No mouse movement, nothing. So I shut it down. Then tried it again, and this time I got a BSOD. Using a Lenovo E15 thinkpad. The Lenovo brand docking station I use at work extends to monitors just fine. I have like 3 monitors hooked up through it and never have issues. This docking station, however, doesn't seem to work with monitors at all. It claims it's plug and play, but that can't possibly be right. My computer definitely supports thunderbolt through its type C port, so I have no idea what's going on here. But my laptop has NEVER had a BSOD until using this docking station, so clearly something isn't right. Steer clear of it if you're wanting a simple, trouble-free solution to hooking up multiple monitors via thunderbolt.

It works for a couple of minutes, then loses connection and you need to reset it.

Posted .We do provide other hubs with Ethernet included. Our USB4 8KMulti-Port Hub - Space Gray/Black /JCD403 is another alternative that includes a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port.

Posted .The USB4 Dual 4K Multi-Port Hub is a Plug n Play device. It requires an available USB-C port that supports Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, or USB4. Mac computers with the M1 and M2 chip only support 1 external display. Mac computers with the M1/M2 Pro, M1/M2 Max, or M1 Ultra chip will support 2 external displays.
