Was asked to pay for shipping to get a warranty replacement. Despite that, the replacement didn't work either. Tried both Windows and Mac laptops with Thunderbolt 3 and 4. Stay away!

First thing I noticed was the ports are misaligned relative to the body, making it difficult to plug anything into the hub. Second thing I noticed: Dead as a door nail. Not a single port works, no passthrough charging, no USB-A or -C ports. Just nothing
