I have my DVR in hidden location but still within range of the extender sand both lights up green yet it stops extending to my display after the lorex boot up screen. Tried everything recommended to no avail.

Posted .Ensure that both the transmitter (connected to the video source) and the receiver (connected to the display) are powered on. Confirm that all cables are securely connected to their respective ports.
Ensure there are no obstructions or interference affecting the signal. The Wireless Display HDMI Extender requires a clear line of sight between the transmitter and receiver.
Try re-pairing the units:
Connect both units to a power adapter and stack them close to each other. (This is because they use NFC (Near-Field Communication) to pair.)
Once both units are on, press and hold the pair button on the back of the device (you may need a needle to push the button that is inside the hole) until both units’ lights are blinking.
They will both flash red or orange, and finally green when they have been paired

Do an HDMI to CAT 5,6 or 7 instead, Minimum latency 53 ms and the HDMI transmitters minimum are that I could get was 173 ms. I returned all of the ones I tried.

A wired connection will typically give you a better connection over a wireless solution. In some situations a wired solution is not a suitable option. I’m sorry that the Wireless HDMI Kit did not meet your needs.
