Returned at recommendation of tech support. Reordered second set. I worked for one day. Next day it lost its connection and would not “pair”. Returned it for refund. The “pair” procedure is not included in the instructions. Had to call tech support. The process for pairing is ridiculous needs to be more user friendly. Go back to the drawing board.

Posted .We're sorry to hear the Wireless kit did not meet your expectations. In order to have them pair they have to be literally touching one another. This is because they use NFC (Near-Field Communication) to pair. Once both units are on, press and hold the pair button on the back of the device (you may need a needle to push the button that is inside the hole) until both units’ lights are blinking. They will both flash red or orange, and finally green when they have been paired. Sincerely, j5

Try to re-pair the units again. Connect both units to a power adapter and stack them on top of each other. * This is because they use NFC (Near-Field Communication) to pair. Colors are all wrong

It transmit the image fine except that the colors are all wrong. A bright blue work mat shows as brown. It's like it's dropping a color channel. I use the same HDMI cable that goes to the Transmitter straight to the ATEM mini and the colors are fine.

Could not get it to pair.

After a couple of YouTube videos I still was not able to pair it. Both transmitter and receiver make a high pitch noise when plugged in. After fiddling with it for an hour I was still not able to pair it. I tried to plug the transmitter first, wait for it to power on, then receiver, then vice versa. Then tried pressing the pair button. Countless different scenarios and still would not pair. Highly dissatisfied with this product.

I really wish it worked.

No Manufacture Support- faulty product

Delay between the received video and audio is bad

I would NOT recommend this product! I chatted with their customer support and they said that they recommend using the original audio signal at the receiver end (i.e. run wires, or have an additional, separate, wireless transmission of the audio). That is unacceptable!

I believe there may have been a misunderstanding during the livechat conversation. It was mentioned in the chat that an audio issue based issue was being encountered . We certainly did not mean to imply to use a long wired connection or adding another connection. For best results we recommend that the transmitter and receiver are less than 150ft apart with one or no obstructions. Compared to wired devices, wireless devices such as the JVAW53, will have expected latency and delays due to the nature of how wireless communications function. The JVAW53 operates on 5 Gigahertz to transfer data at shorter distances but will have better speeds. While 2.4 Gigahertz standard will not be as fast compared to 5 Gigahertz but will be able to cover longer distances and less data will be lost.
Some other factors to take into consideration when using a wireless based device, material obstructions or any other wireless device in between can potentially affect or interrupt the signal, which will result in latency/delays as well.

Posted .The extender supports up to 1080p60 video resolution, stereo digital audio and is compatible with all HDMI enabled devices. Wireless HDMI aren’t good for broadcasting Xbox, PS4 or PS5, etc. around the house due to running into lag issues. We apologize for the inconveniences.

Work Great but over heats

I can’t give a five star because it over heats and everything, cool down and rest. I’m still using, my work around is I unplug both at night and plug them back in. I even replaced cable box to confirm that was not the issue
